中走丝线切割对住宿磨具的三大影响

1、工件材料的金相组织及元素成份由于电火花的放电作用,使工件材料表面层的金相组织发生了明显的变化,形成不连续的。厚度不均匀的变质层。它与工件材料、电极丝材料、脉冲电源和工作液等到参数有关。
