锌铝合金压铸技术有什么区别

虽然压铸技术有许多优点,但锌合金压铸还不完善。压铸件表面常有气孔。高温下气孔内的气体膨胀会使压铸件出现气泡,严重影响压铸件的外观,降低锌合金压铸件的整体质量。

因此,压铸件通常不能进行热处理和焊接,也不能在高温下工作。

锌合金的比重约为铝合金的2.6倍,但报价合适,因此从材料成本上看,锌合金压铸件比铝合金压铸件贵两到三倍。

锌合金压铸工艺制定需考虑以下问题

1.金属液在浇注系统内能否干净、平稳地流动,不会产生分离和涡流。
1. Whether the liquid metal can flow cleanly and smoothly in the pouring system will not produce separation and eddy current.
2.有没有尖角区或死亡区存在。
2. Are there any sharp corners or dead zones?
3.浇注系统是否有截面积的变化。
3. Whether there is a change in the cross-sectional area of the gating system.
4.排气槽、溢流槽位置是否正确?是否够大?是否会被堵住?气体能否有效、顺畅排出?应用计算机模拟充填过程,就是为了分析以上现象,以作判断来选择合理的工艺参数。
4. Is the location of exhaust and overflow grooves correct? Is it large enough? Will it be blocked? Can the gas be discharged effectively and smoothly? Computer simulation of filling process is to analyze the above phenomena and select reasonable process parameters for judgment.
