Speaking of aluminium alloy castings, many friends think of a series of advantages, such as its precise size and high metal utilization rate. However, for manufacturers, finished aluminum alloy die castings need to meet the corresponding surface quality requirements, so as to be marketed.
Aluminum alloy castings are processed with high metal utilization rate, smooth surface and precise size. The industry has strict requirements on the surface quality of aluminium alloy die castings and non-processed surface. Today, we focus on the quality requirements of the lower processed surface.
Surface defects are allowed in aluminium alloy castings, and their quality levels are classified into 1, 2 and 3 grades. The defect areas of these three grades can not exceed 5%, 25% and 40% of the total area, respectively. In particular, without affecting assembly and use, the height of mesh burrs and marks in aluminium alloy die castings should not exceed 0.2; the surface roughness deviation caused by the influence of die casting die inserts and parting surfaces should not exceed the relevant tolerance size; and the depth of the surface depression or protrusion of push rod marks should be (+0.2).
The surface of die castings can not appear obvious depression, the eyes look at the past requires even and consistent contusion. The surface angle should not exceed 10 degrees regardless of whether it is filed or not. Aluminum alloy die castings should be adjusted when they are deformed after forming. The surface of the adjusted castings can not have obvious striking marks. The flatness of the adjusted parts is about 0.2_.
It is stipulated in the industry that mesh burrs and marks with height less than 0.2_are allowed on the surface of non-machined surface of aluminium alloy castings, provided that they do not affect the use and assembly. Aluminum alloy die castings may be affected by die assembly and parting surface during processing. Surface flatness error should be guaranteed within the limit deviation of this dimension. The diaphragm thickness at the top of the perforation should not exceed the relevant values.
