1. Heating and Preplasticization
The screw is driven by the transmission system. The material from the hopper is conveyed and compacted forward. Under the mixed action of shearing and friction of the outside heater, screw and cylinder, the material gradually melts. A certain amount of melted plastic is accumulated at the head of the cylinder, and the screw slowly recedes under the pressure of melting. The distance of retreat is adjusted according to the quantity required for the first injection of the metering device. After reaching the prescribed injection quantity, the rotation and retreat of the screw stop.
2. Closing and locking
The clamping structure promotes the clamping and clamping of the moving part of the abrasive tool and the moving part of the abrasive tool installed on the moving part of the template, so as to ensure that any clamping force can be shown to clamp the abrasive tool during forming.
3. Move the injection device forward
When the clamping is completed, the whole injection seat is pushed forward to make the injector nozzle fully fit with the main runner of the mould.
4. Injection and Pressure Maintenance
After the clamping die and the nozzle are fully fitted to the mould, the injection cylinder enters the high-pressure oil, pushes the screw forward relative to the barrel, injects the melt accumulated at the head of the barrel with sufficient pressure into the cavity of the mould, and shrinks the plastic volume due to the decrease of temperature. In order to ensure the compactness, dimensional accuracy and mechanical properties of the plastic parts, it is necessary to maintain a certain pressure on the melt in the cavity of the mould. 5. pressure relief
When the melt at the gate of the die freezes, the pressure can be relieved.
6. Back-off of injection device
Generally speaking, after pressure relief, the screw can rotate and retreat to complete the next feeding and pre-plasticizing process. (In general, the action of withdrawing the injection seat from the main gate of the mould has been cancelled in the existing injection moulding, and this action is performed for the materials with serious salivation, such as PA).
7. Opening and ejecting plastic parts
After cooling and finalizing the plastic parts in the mould cavity, the clamping mechanism opens the mould and pushes out the plastic parts in the mould.
