模具设计—塑料模具数控加工技术的特性

  针对模具设计制造的特性及普通加工设备在模具设计制造方面的局限性,普遍运用数控机床加工模具就成为必然的选择。模具数控加工技术的特性是:
  Aiming at the characteristics of die design and manufacturing and the limitations of common processing equipment in die design and manufacturing, it is inevitable to use NC machine tools to process die. The characteristics of NC machining technology for die and mould are as follows:
  1、模具的构造复杂且部件多,模具中的模架、型腔、型芯、镶块或滑块、成型电术等部件需求经过数控加工成形,数控加工工作量大。

  3、模具部件普通需求几工序才干完成加工,应尽量布置在一次装置下全部完成,这样能够防止因屡次装置形成的定位误差并减少装置时间。
  3. Mould parts need several common processes to complete the processing, should be arranged as far as possible in a single device to complete, so as to prevent positioning errors caused by repeated devices and reduce device time.
  4、模具的请求精度高,数控加工时需求制定合理的加工工艺参数,选用合理的刀具、来严厉控制加工误差。

  5、普通塑料制品的外形考究流水外型、润滑美观,使得模具的型腔面构造复杂,因而选用三轴或四轴联运的加工中心来加工,并且尽可能加工一次到位,尽量减少后续钳工修锉和手工抛光工作量。

  5. The appearance of ordinary plastic products is exquisite in flowing water and beautiful in lubrication, which makes the cavity surface of the die complex. Therefore, three-axis or four-axis intermodal processing center is selected to process, and the processing is in place as soon as possible, so as to minimize the workload of subsequent fitter repair files and manual polishing.
  6、在刀具切削加工时,要思索后道工序的加工便当,为后道工序提供较好的外表粗糙度,互相位置精度较高的基准平面。

  7、在数控加工时必需采用高硬度的硬质合金刀具,选择合理的切削工艺参数停止加工,有条件的比较好用高速铣削来加工。

  8、尽量采用规范件,如将孔的直径规范化、系列化可减少金属切削量,降低加工本钱,进步加工效率。

  9、推行运用CAD/CAM技术,对模具零件的数控加工程序停止自动编列与优化,为模具的数控加工树立一套完好的数控工艺流程,按既定的办法和步骤停止数控加工,避免或减少模具制造的错误。

  10、在模具加工中,关于尖角、筋条等部位,无法用机床加工到位,另外某些特殊请求的产品,需求停止电火花加工。而电火花加工要用到电极,模具电极经过采用紫铜和石墨,石墨具有易加工,电加工速度快,价钱廉价,重量轻的特性。但在数控加工时,石墨粉尘对机床和操作者的损伤极大,要用专用的吸尘安装或者浸在液体中停止加工,需求用专用数控石墨加工中心。因而 ,数控加工时运用紫铜作为电极运用和首选 ,并且要示高的采用钨铜合金作为电极。
  10. In the process of die and mould processing, it is impossible to use machine tools to process sharp corners, ribs and other parts. In addition, some products with special requests need to stop EDM. Electrodes are used in EDM. The die electrodes are made of copper and graphite. Graphite is easy to process, fast to process, cheap and light in weight. However, in NC machining, graphite dust has great damage to machine tools and operators. Therefore, copper is the preferred electrode in NC machining, and tungsten-copper alloy should be used as the electrode.
